Accessible Mental Health Therapy
Hi, I’m Lydia.
I’m a mental health therapist in Colorado. I work one-on-one with adolescents and adults struggling with OCD, phobias, and anxiety. I am trained in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I also work with family members of people with substance use disorder and people impacted by domestic violence.

Results
Clients who consistently engage in the therapeutic process notice a significant decrease in symptoms of anxiety and OCD, creating space for them to pursue the things that they truly value. My OCD clients have seen significant progress in as little as 4 months of weekly therapy.
