Results

My clients report feeling more confident, free from fear, and understanding themselves better through our work together.

Clients who consistently engage in the therapeutic process notice a significant decrease in symptoms of anxiety and OCD, creating more space for them to pursue the things that they truly value. My OCD clients have seen significant progress in as little as 4 months of weekly therapy.
